The drainage calculations demonstrated that
‐ The post-development runoff volumes have been reduced to the pre-development runoff values by infiltrating all the runoff produced by the development.
‐ No flooding occurs for the 1 in 30 storm events.
‐ Any flooding for the 1 in 100 years +40% climate change event can be safely contained on site.
