Construction of a new 5 level building on a steep slope. The main challenge is the high water table and crossing of multiple critical drainage systems.
The development was supported by a site-specific Drainage Strategy, prepared to satisfy LLFA and planning authority requirements. The proposed drainage system included underground tanks and an agreement with the council and the local water company in order to get the planning application approved.
