The development includes the conversion of existing stable blocks to form flexible commercial floorspace, with cafe/farm shop, and 3 self-catered apartments, together with the use of land as a campsite.
The surface water drainage strategy included the use of Sustainable Drainage systems such as swales, ponds, and rainwater gardens. The project has been approved by Buckinghamshire Council.
