The proposed development included the conversion of a single house to multiple flats. There were 3 flats distributed on the basement and ground floor level. These flats had accommodation in the basement level. The total development area was approximately 550 sqm.
The development was supported by a site-specific Drainage Strategy, prepared to satisfy LLFA and planning authority requirements. The proposed drainage system included underground tanks and an agreement with the council and the local water company in order to get the planning application approved.
