This project aims to create the following:
• 20 no. 2-3 bedroom family houses.
• A courtyard on podium apartment block containing a mix of 41 no. 1 & 2 bed units with 2 floors of parking below.
• The family homes are located in four locations across the site, due to the topography the majority of the dwellings have a split level to accommodate the site’s natural gradients.
• A parking area with 161 spaces in total for the tower and the apartments.
Our Sustainable drainage design includes ponds, permeable surfaces, and a more than 50% reduction in flow rates.
Our consultations with the LLFA and approval from the local water company and the Environment Agency allow for this development to attenuate flooding and manage surface water sustainably.
