The project includes the change of use of an office unit into 20 new dwellings, access road and car parking area.
– The post development runoff volumes have been reduced to the pre-development runoff values by attenuating all the run-off produced by the development.
– No flooding occurs for the 1 in 30 storm events.
– Any flooding for the 1 in 100 year +40% climate change event can be safely contained on site.
